Own Blitzed’s social media and Discord community across strategy, content planning, publishing, moderation, engagement, events, and player relationships. Create reactive posts, memes, and short-form content while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Collaborate with content, creator, product, and operations teams, track performance and engagement, and develop repeatable growth processes. The role requires strong knowledge of crypto, casino, streaming, gaming, and internet culture.

Own Blitzed’s player acquisition strategy and execution across paid, affiliate, creator, influencer, streamer, sponsorship, partnership, and unconventional channels. Build and manage acquisition experiments, optimize conversion funnels, track CAC, CPA, FTDs, retention, and player value, allocate budgets, scale profitable channels, and develop acquisition processes and a future team.

Own clipping end to end, including managing third-party pipelines, sourcing and vetting clippers, briefing, payments, quality control, and conversion optimization. Build an in-house clipping operation from scratch and develop viral marketing strategies across TikTok, X, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. The role requires deep knowledge of social content trends, clipping marketplaces, agencies, freelancers, and crypto, iGaming, or sports betting marketing.

Manage and grow Discord and Telegram communities for a crypto casino and sportsbook. Responsibilities include community engagement, events, moderation, volunteer moderator management, announcements, user issue escalation, feedback collection, bot and channel administration, KPI reporting, and community-driven growth campaigns.
