Implement workflows with accounting firms and corporate tax teams, configure customer solutions, and support quality reviews. Translate customer feedback into product improvements while collaborating with product, engineering, and data science teams. Research U.S. federal tax sources, document best practices, and create reusable workflow templates.

Lead and scale Blue J's SMB and Mid-Market sales organization, owning new logo acquisition and expansion revenue. Build repeatable GTM processes, hire and develop managers and reps, manage forecast and KPIs, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, CS, and Product. Participate in strategic deals and drive ARR, ACV, win rates, retention, and forecast accuracy.
