Analyzes, designs, configures, develops, tests, and supports Oracle EBS solutions for manufacturing and supply chain business processes. Gathers requirements, creates functional specifications and user stories, documents current and future-state workflows, manages backlogs, supports testing and rollouts, and partners with business and technical teams. The role also assists project management, develops training materials, supports data validation and process improvements, and provides production support, including on-call and occasional after-hours coverage.

Leads West Coast retail sales growth, strategic account planning, retailer and Local Purveyor relationships, merchandising execution, category management, marketing initiatives, and performance measurement. Develops retail playbooks, identifies business opportunities, coaches partners, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve sales and profitability. Requires extensive multi-unit retail management experience, strategic planning, team leadership, and strong communication skills.
