Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise physical security systems, especially Lenel access control and Avigilon CCTV. Responsibilities include device programming, system upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, backups, firmware updates, incident management, testing and commissioning, documentation, and vendor coordination. The role partners with global security technology, network, field, and site teams to support reliable, scalable security infrastructure.

Administer and optimize enterprise physical security infrastructure supporting Lenel OnGuard access control and Avigilon CCTV systems. Manage servers, operating system updates, security patches, backups, databases, integrations, upgrades, and system health monitoring. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues, perform root cause analysis, maintain architecture documentation, and coordinate with internal technology teams and external vendors to deliver secure, reliable, scalable systems.

Lead design, deployment, and commissioning of enterprise physical security systems (access control, VMS, intercoms, alarms). Manage project scope, schedule, budgets, vendors, integrators, and cross-functional stakeholders. Perform hands-on Lenel OnGuard programming, configuration, testing, and system administration. Ensure documentation, change control, safety, and client sign-off across new builds, renovations, and upgrades.
