Analyzes Revenue Cycle performance, KPIs, collections, reimbursement, denials, and operational drivers. Builds dashboards, reporting tools, scenario analyses, and strategic models for investments, pricing, staffing, and cost optimization. Partners with finance, operational, and Revenue Cycle leaders to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations, while supporting lender and private equity reporting.

Provide comprehensive chronic pain care to injured workers and commercial and Medicare patients. Responsibilities include diagnosis, medication management, treatment planning, patient counseling, multidisciplinary evaluations, referrals, utilization review communications, authorizations, and maintaining complete medical records. The physician must follow clinical, safety, infection control, privacy, and quality standards while supporting patients with lifestyle and treatment guidance.

Supervise daily Workers' Compensation charge entry operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant charge posting. Manage workflows, productivity, quality audits, reporting, charge holds, escalations, staff training, and process improvements. Collaborate with coding, billing, denial management, clinic operations, and revenue cycle teams to resolve documentation and claim discrepancies while supporting state-specific billing compliance and operational continuity.

Manages healthcare eligibility verification, financial clearance, and point-of-service collection teams. Oversees insurance workflows, patient responsibility estimates, payer portal administration, denial prevention, and process improvements across multiple clinical specialties. Supervises, trains, and schedules staff while ensuring accurate benefits communication and collection of copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and outstanding balances. Partners with billing and coding teams to resolve eligibility-related denials and requires advanced experience with healthcare revenue cycle systems, insurance plans, EHR platforms, and Microsoft Excel.

Investigates and resolves medical claim rejections, denials, payer edits, and reimbursement issues. Reviews billing, coding, authorization, insurance, and clinical documentation; corrects and resubmits claims; conducts payer research; supports appeals and denial management; monitors work queues; documents outcomes; and assists with compliance audits, denial trend reporting, and revenue cycle improvement.
