Define regional strategy, drive retention and expansion, orchestrate cross-functional rollouts, manage high-stakes escalations, and mentor a 5–10 person team to ensure operational excellence and profitability.

Lead forecasting, demand planning, and product lifecycle from launch to discontinuation. Align inventory with business needs, automate NetSuite demand planning, track forecast accuracy and inventory metrics, manage ingredient transitions and phase-in/phase-out strategies, and coordinate cross-functional launch and reporting activities with Sales, R&D, Procurement, Operations, and Finance.

Manage day-to-day people operations, build and document SOPs, own ADP and benefits administration, standardize onboarding/offboarding and performance workflows, coach managers, ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws, and partner cross-functionally to drive accountability and HR process automation.
