Own the full sales cycle for short-term rental and hospitality property managers: prospect, qualify, demo, and close SaaS deals. Collaborate with SDRs and internal teams, maintain HubSpot pipeline and forecasts, meet revenue goals, and travel quarterly for in-person meetings and events.

Build and ship full‑stack product features on a Python/Flask backend and React frontend. Design REST/GraphQL APIs, work with SQLAlchemy and relational data models, integrate LLM/AI features, use async task queues (Celery), and collaborate with product, design, and engineers to deliver reliable, well-tested features end-to-end.

The Sales Development Representative will prospect Spanish-speaking clients, generate leads, and collaborate with the Sales team while meeting performance goals.

Own technical SEO and content operations: manage site architecture, internal linking, redirects, schema, and crawl health. Run audits with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GSC; build keyword-optimized briefs; manage content workflow and calendar in AirOps and HubSpot; execute backlink outreach and monitor referring domains; set up GA4 goals and Ahrefs rank tracking to tie organic performance to revenue.
