Own and prioritize the technical product backlog, translating business needs into API-level epics, features, and user stories. Coordinate delivery across backend, frontend, MuleSoft integration, and DevOps teams, manage dependencies, refine work, support sprint planning, remove blockers, and ensure quality delivery. The role also involves stakeholder negotiation, process improvement, automation, and coaching junior product professionals across distributed and offshore teams.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders in West R&D, driving organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, compensation guidance, change leadership, and complex employee relations to improve engagement, retention, and leadership capability.
