Serve as senior technical lead for enterprise AI initiatives, building and maintaining Copilot Studio agents, Power Platform automations, Azure AI integrations, and governance. Manage monthly accounting and job cost reporting for land projects: record sales, cost of sales, accruals, reconcile cash and intercompany, prepare month-end consolidations and working papers, support audits, implement controls, and collaborate across departments.

Process day-to-day accounts payable: import and match POs, input invoices, prepare weekly cheque/EFT runs, maintain AP records, respond to vendor inquiries, produce reports, support month-end close, assist audits, monitor compliance, and provide cash flow and accrual forecasts.

Leads vacant-home make-ready operations across assigned markets, supervising technicians and coordinating vendors to deliver homes leasing-ready on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include inspections, scope development, scheduling, repairs, quality control, cost and vendor management, KPI tracking, safety compliance, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires regular field travel, physical inspections, and occasional after-hours or overnight support.
