Leads small to mid-sized projects from planning through completion, managing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, changes, safety, vendors, and client relationships. Oversees project performance, profitability, forecasting, invoicing, and collections while supporting business development. Mentors team members, coordinates multidisciplinary stakeholders, and ensures compliance with project delivery requirements. The role requires knowledge of state agencies and experience with water resources, stormwater, drainage infrastructure, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and flood control projects.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of mid-to-large infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, change, health & safety, and vendor management. Monitor profitability, support client relationships and sales, mentor staff, and provide regular stakeholder communication and reporting to achieve project and business performance metrics.

Supports BIM, reality capture, visualization, and digital delivery workflows for water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include updating Revit templates, AutoCAD blocks, and profiles; testing add-ins; using Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D; creating simple data models; supporting laser scanning, photogrammetry, point cloud processing, immersive technology, documentation, and digital design reviews. The role operates under close supervision and develops foundational digital delivery expertise.
