This role leads climate adaptation projects, developing strategies and implementation plans, enhancing organizational operations, mentoring staff, and engaging stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Design and oversee electrical power distribution and motor control systems, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and perform engineering services during construction.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of mid-to-large infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, change, health & safety, and vendor management. Monitor profitability, support client relationships and sales, mentor staff, and provide regular stakeholder communication and reporting to achieve project and business performance metrics.
