Lead Buildkites developer-focused events program end-to-end: set strategy and ROI metrics, build scalable processes and budgets, run flagship events, represent the brand, and partner with Marketing, Sales, and GTM to connect events to pipeline, community, and brand outcomes.

Provide operational IT support for devices, SaaS platforms, access management, and troubleshooting across a distributed team. Build automation for provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and support workflows; manage Terraform-based SaaS configuration; develop API and webhook integrations; improve device trust, compliance, and endpoint management; and collaborate with Security, Engineering, and People Ops. The role also helps deploy AI-powered ITSM workflows and requires strong documentation and async communication.

Customer-facing senior solutions architect partnering with Sales to design CI/CD solutions, deliver demos and proofs-of-concept, advise on migrations, liaise with Product and Engineering, influence product direction, represent Buildkite at events, and help close deals by communicating technical value to customers.
