Oversee security architecture, cloud and application security, vulnerability management, incident response, audits and compliance (PCI, SOC 2, ISO 27001). Manage external cyber defense partner, mentor security team, advise executives, and drive security governance, risk assessments, policy, training, and metrics.

Lead strategy, design, administration, and analysis of global benefits and leave programs. Manage benefits team, vendor relationships, Workday Benefits, open enrollment, compliance, audits, reporting, and cross-functional integration to deliver scalable, employee-centric programs.

Process end-to-end U.S. payroll and support international payroll activities using Workday. Reconcile and audit payroll data, resolve complex payroll issues, ensure tax and wage-hour compliance, manage off-cycle and year-end activities, maintain payroll documentation and reports, support Workday configuration and testing, and provide stakeholder customer service while driving process improvements and controls.

Conduct outbound prospecting (50–75 calls/day), nurture and reactivate prospects and prior customers, manage MQL outreach, field inbound inquiries, record activity in Salesforce, communicate product value, research stakeholders, and collaborate to move opportunities to account-managing SDRs.
