Ensure technically accurate, supportable, and financially responsible solutions across broadband, fiber, networking, security, SD-WAN, hosted voice, and managed services.

Lead and develop a small team of SMB Sales Engineers to provide technical sales support across Field Sales, Call Center, and Customer Care. Oversee discovery, solution design, demos, training, and escalations for SMB customers, promote consultative selling, create repeatable SMB solutions, track performance metrics, and partner with Product and Operations to improve delivery and adoption.

Own and prioritize the agile backlog, convert stakeholder needs into user stories, coordinate cross-functional launches, remediate UX/UI conversion issues, run A/B tests, analyze product performance with data, and present updates to leadership to drive B2C ecommerce improvements.

Deploy, upgrade, and maintain High-Speed Data infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, DOCSIS). Administer CentOS/RHEL systems, automate with Python/Ansible/Shell, troubleshoot escalations, create LLDs, run upgrades, train teams, perform on-call duties, and ensure security and high availability.

Deploy, upgrade, and maintain High-Speed Data infrastructure supporting DNS, DHCP, DOCSIS provisioning and related platforms. Perform Linux (CentOS/RHEL) administration, scripting/automation (Python, Bash, Ansible, Docker), vendor management, troubleshooting, LLD documentation, project work, training, and on-call support to ensure availability and security of HSD services.

Lead strategy and execution for customer retention and lifecycle management across residential internet customers. Own onboarding, engagement, churn reduction, loyalty, predictive analytics, personalization, and cross-functional programs to improve customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and drive measurable financial outcomes.

Serve as business owner for customer- and associate-facing technology platforms: define vision, roadmaps, requirements, governance, vendor relationships, measure adoption and value, partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver improved customer and associate experiences.
