Assist in operating and maintaining power plant equipment: start/stop pumps, monitor lubrication/cooling, record operational data, perform inspections, troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical/instrumentation/control systems, assist with turbine/generator synchronization and switchyard operations, and follow regulatory and safety procedures.

Lead process engineering and project management for carbon capture projects, supporting FEED, pilot studies, and EPC phases. Oversee project managers, develop SOWs, manage budgets, schedules, risk, and technical quality, evaluate new CCUS technologies, grow and mentor the engineering team, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance to achieve on-time, on-budget project delivery.
