Support Investment Directors in due diligence and monitoring of venture capital and growth equity managers. Conduct manager meetings, analyze strategies and performance, perform reference calls, prepare committee and client materials, monitor market trends, and represent the firm at manager meetings. Provide research and data to client-facing teams and participate in fundraising and portfolio update coordination.

Provide high-level administrative support to Investment Directors and team, including extensive calendar management, complex travel booking, meeting logistics, preparing materials and correspondence, research, expense and timesheet reconciliation, CRM and Box file management, virtual meeting support, mentoring junior admin staff, and special projects while maintaining confidentiality and firm standards.

Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of institutional and private clients in the San Francisco region, driving retention and new business, coordinating tailored investment solutions with internal teams, leading proposals and onboarding, mentoring associates, and meeting targets for client satisfaction and net revenue growth.
