Guide enterprise customers from late-stage sales through deployment, training, sustained usage, and measurable value realization for AI solutions. Build adoption plans, coordinate technical implementation, train users, diagnose adoption barriers, manage risks, capture product feedback, and document customer health. Partner with customer executives, operational teams, front-line users, Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services to drive workflow changes and broader product adoption.

Build customer-specific AI demonstrations and pilots using operational data. Lead technical discovery, data mapping, validation, transformation, integration troubleshooting, and solution scoping. Collaborate with sales, Product, and Engineering to explain capabilities, identify technical needs, and support executive, operational, and IT stakeholder engagements. Convert successful demonstrations and integration approaches into reusable playbooks.

Coordinates marketing projects, calendars, assets, vendors, social media, content, customer events, and sales support. Responsibilities include scheduling and publishing social posts, drafting and proofreading short-form copy, maintaining marketing files and reports, coordinating conference logistics, and preparing event collateral. The role requires strong organization, communication, writing, proofreading, multitasking, and familiarity with HubSpot and social scheduling tools. Occasional event travel is required.
