Manages daily operations of an affordable housing community, including staff supervision, resident relations, regulatory compliance, budgeting, rent collection, occupancy, inspections, maintenance coordination, vendor management, financial records, and property marketing. Ensures safe, well-maintained housing and compliance with Fair Housing, Section 504, HUD, and other applicable requirements while maintaining strong communication with residents, leadership, agencies, and partners.

Oversee affordable housing acquisition, rehabilitation, and new construction projects from feasibility and entitlements through financing, construction, lease-up, close-out, and transition to operations. Manage budgets, schedules, design, funding applications, vendors, consultants, contractors, construction quality, community engagement, and investor requirements. Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings, supervise project teams, and coordinate project documentation and warranty resolution.

Manage capital improvement projects for affordable housing properties from planning and design through procurement, construction, inspection, and closeout. Develop scopes, RFPs, schedules, budgets, funding plans, and tracking systems. Coordinate contractors, engineers, consultants, vendors, procurement, and internal departments. Monitor project performance, compliance, costs, milestones, and construction quality while addressing deficiencies and improving asset planning and operational processes.

Support daily operations of a senior housing community including resident relations, income recertifications, rent collection, recordkeeping, applicant screening, marketing vacancies, preparing for audits/inspections, and acting for the Community Manager when absent.

Oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and financial management of one or more affordable housing communities. Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain high occupancy, coordinate maintenance and vendor work, prepare for inspections, manage budgets, and support resident relations and leasing activities.
