The role supports SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, cutover, and hypercare while collaborating with architects, developers, project managers, and clients. It also maintains implementation documentation, supports training and knowledge transfer, and contributes to project planning and continuous improvement.

Lead the architecture, design, integration, and implementation of Field Service Management solutions for utility and energy clients. Translate business needs into technical requirements, oversee delivery, engage stakeholders, and ensure scalable, secure solutions. Build and mentor technical teams, establish quality standards, conduct design and code reviews, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires expertise in cloud FSM platforms, enterprise integrations, utility operations, Agile delivery, and client-facing consulting.

Lead and build the BIS engineering pillar: provide hands-on delivery, define engineering standards and tooling, manage and mentor Junior Developers, translate architecture into execution, run vendor engagements, and establish reusable assets and QA for consulting engagements in the utilities/energy sector.

Supports utility consulting and data-intensive projects by reviewing engineering and business documentation, validating electric system asset data, using GIS and SAP, analyzing spreadsheets, preparing reports, maintaining tracking logs, and coordinating with clients and project teams. The role requires accuracy in managing technical records, interpreting engineering drawings, performing administrative document-handling tasks, and occasional overtime. Travel to client sites may be required.

Supports utility engineering projects by reviewing drawings, specifications, asset data, and project records; validating information through GIS, SAP, and document systems; preparing maps, markups, calculations, reports, and construction documents; and maintaining project tracking logs. Performs basic engineering design and analysis under supervision while coordinating with lead engineers and project managers to ensure accurate, compliant deliverables.
