Coordinates operations, maintenance, engineering, and EPC teams through construction, systems testing, startup, turnover, and facility operation. Oversees testing activities, reviews technical documentation, develops procedures, supports repairs and modifications, coordinates work permits and lockout/tagout activities, and ensures operational requirements are incorporated into plant design and commissioning. May assume facility, shift supervision, or site technical representative responsibilities.

Directs centrifuge recycle, assembly, verification testing, drying, transport, and turnover activities. Manages personnel assignments, scheduling, training, procedure compliance, work permits, integrated system testing, materials, inspections, and deficiency resolution. Ensures safe plant operations involving radiological, chemical, electrical, and other hazards. Develops and reviews operating procedures, technical documents, test plans, training materials, system requirements, and change evaluations. Requires industrial, chemical, or nuclear plant experience and a Q-level security clearance.

Provides administrative and clerical support, including preparing documents, invoices, reports, correspondence, meeting materials, records, calendars, and budget information. Handles phone calls, document control, office supplies, records management, and moderately complex information analysis. Requires three or more years of administrative experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance.

Support regulatory compliance with NRC and DOE by assisting with licensing basis changes, drafting regulatory correspondence, tracking corrective actions, coordinating inspections, administering configuration management, and interfacing with vendors and project personnel to implement license application requirements.

Supports the Manufacturing Manager by planning and executing daily production workflows, meeting manufacturing commitments, identifying operational and maintenance issues, supervising and developing employees, managing schedules, coordinating with support teams, and ensuring compliance with SOPs, good manufacturing practices, and safety regulations. Serves as the department’s secondary decision-maker when the manager is unavailable.

Produce precise 2D drawings and 3D models in Creo for centrifuge components and assemblies. Develop fabrication and assembly documentation, ensure GD&T and manufacturability, participate in design reviews, and coordinate with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and operations to resolve design issues and support facility projects.
