Generate new sales opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification for a SaaS platform serving laundromat owners. Research prospects, execute calls, texts, emails, and social outreach, conduct consultative discovery, articulate value, achieve meeting quotas, and maintain accurate Salesforce records. The role is based three days per week at the company headquarters in New York City, with potential advancement into more senior sales roles.

Lead product marketing strategy for Cents’ growing software product suite. Responsibilities include audience research, ideal customer profile definition, go-to-market planning, product positioning and messaging, launch management, sales and customer success enablement, and competitive intelligence. The role partners closely with the VP of Marketing and product team while building marketing systems and leading strategic initiatives.

Owns monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; manages accounting operations and a small team; prepares financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries; maintains GAAP compliance and internal controls; partners with FP&A; supports audits and tax filings; oversees AP, AR, and payroll accounting; and improves scalable accounting workflows, including SaaS revenue recognition.

Manage a book of laundromat accounts, drive product adoption and revenue through upsells and feature implementation, conduct lifecycle check-ins, support onboarding handoffs, funnel client feedback to product, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customers transact via the Cents POS platform.
