Manage enterprise SaaS customer relationships throughout the lifecycle, driving product adoption, business value, renewals, and expansion. Lead secure REST API and IAM feature development, mentor engineers, perform security-first code reviews, integrate observability, and drive reliable production releases in a remote-first SaaS environment.

Lead frontend development for Cerbys Access Management platform, building scalable React/Next.js SaaS features (password vaults, auth/IdP integrations, graph RBAC). Drive security-first engineering, dependency governance, performance, accessibility, testing, observability, and AI-assisted workflows while mentoring engineers and collaborating cross-functionally.
