Lead application security programs across CZI by designing secure tooling, automation, frameworks, and architecture. Drive vulnerability prevention, secure SDLC adoption, threat modeling, security testing, cloud and infrastructure security, architecture reviews, incident response, compliance metrics, and cross-functional delivery. Partner with engineers, product managers, vendors, auditors, and technical stakeholders to establish secure-by-default platforms and controls across complex cloud-native and hybrid environments.

Create and manage social-first content for Biohub across X, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Brainstorm, shoot, edit, and produce videos, carousels, and photos; translate complex scientific topics into engaging stories; write copy; monitor trends and performance; manage community engagement; and collaborate with scientists, creative teams, and communications partners. Provide occasional on-site social support at events, launches, and conferences.

Leads Biohub’s media relations, product launch communications, and external visibility strategy across AI, biology, science, and technology audiences. Manages a team of 3–5 communications managers, builds relationships with journalists and influential media creators, secures earned coverage, develops launch narratives, prepares executives for media engagements, serves as a spokesperson, manages reputation and crisis communications, and measures PR impact.

Serves as CZI’s primary legal advisor to the Investments team, leading counsel for public and private funds, co-investments, and strategic transactions. Responsibilities include structuring and negotiating investment documents, advising on tax and regulatory matters, managing legal risk, developing processes and governance frameworks, and overseeing external counsel. The role partners with Investment, Tax, Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams while guiding senior stakeholders through complex investment decisions.

Leads large-scale, cross-functional IT infrastructure programs spanning cloud, networking, identity, endpoint, and workplace technologies. Owns strategy, roadmaps, governance, budgets, resources, risks, timelines, performance metrics, and outcomes. Advises executives, aligns technical and business stakeholders, drives organizational change and adoption, and mentors program managers while advancing infrastructure modernization and operational excellence.

Lead Salesforce platform initiatives from strategy and requirements through delivery, governance, and continuous improvement. Own the platform roadmap, coordinate technical programs, design and configure solutions, manage testing and releases, and establish success metrics. Partner with business, technology, vendors, security, legal, and leadership stakeholders to drive adoption, AI automation, risk mitigation, compliance, and platform innovation.

Manage payroll, planning, and absence-management systems through Workday. Lead requirements gathering, prioritization, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, project planning, stakeholder collaboration, and compliance activities. Partner with Payroll, Finance, Total Rewards, and IT teams to optimize processes, implement scalable solutions, and maintain secure enterprise data management.
