Build and operate automated compliance and continuous control monitoring systems to support HIPAA, SOC 2, NIST and related frameworks. Automate evidence collection, integrate GRC and source systems, create dashboards and workflows, identify and remediate control gaps, and support audit readiness. Partner cross-functionally with Security, IT, Compliance, Legal and Engineering to embed controls and improve compliance automation and AI governance.

Build and maintain internal platforms, automations, and integrations to scale IT operations. Own identity, access, lifecycle automation, endpoint trust, SaaS provisioning, and operational reporting. Develop scripts and services (Python, Bash), partner with Security and Engineering for secure AI, Zero Trust, HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance, and apply DevOps/SRE/ITIL practices for monitoring and incident response.

The Integrative Group Facilitator leads virtual group therapy sessions, implementing creative and contemplative techniques to support clients with mental health challenges. They work flexibly and collaboratively with clients of all ages, focusing on integrating various therapeutic modalities to enhance healing.

The SUD Group Facilitator will provide remote telehealth services, facilitating group therapy for adolescents and young adults, using evidence-based treatment methods to support recovery from mental health and substance use disorders.

Complete onboarding, attend regular supervision and treatment-team meetings, collaborate with therapists and care staff, maintain timely documentation within 24 hours, foster client engagement in telehealth groups, and follow agency policies and confidentiality standards.
