Own a portfolio of 80–100 EMEA customers, leading onboarding, adoption, ROI realization, technical issue resolution, training, and retention efforts. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and post-sales teams; provide customer updates, develop best practices and case studies, identify expansion opportunities, and coach customers on revenue, sales, marketing, and customer success operations. The role requires technical proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms.

Own and execute Chili Piper's global events program end-to-end: plan the annual calendar, manage logistics, budgets, vendors, and on-site execution; build landing pages, run CRM exports and email promotion, produce webinars, track attendance and pipeline impact, and amplify event content while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships.
