Apply ASC 606 and US GAAP to complex arrangements while partnering with commercial, legal, tax, and data teams. Design AI and automation solutions using ChatGPT and Gemini to improve efficiency, quality, governance, and auditability.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex currency, treasury, payments, digital asset, and blockchain-enabled experiences. Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and stakeholders to identify customer needs, define solutions, influence product strategy, and deliver scalable designs. Use research, data, and systems thinking to balance customer, business, and technical needs. Strengthen design systems, elevate design quality, provide critique, and mentor other designers.

Lead regional growth strategy for USDC by building partnerships with exchanges and OTC desks, delivering regionally compliant product initiatives, and creating AI-driven, automated growth platforms. Own experimentation frameworks, dashboards, and metrics to scale liquidity, adoption, and measurable share shift versus competing stablecoins through cross-functional execution and data-driven prioritization.

Own long-term product strategy and roadmap for Circle's digital assets and capital markets platform. Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage regulatory and market risks, define forecasting and liquidity models, influence executives, and mentor product managers to scale global stablecoin and capital access infrastructure.

Leads business development for USDC adoption across repo, derivatives, and dealer balance-sheet workflows. Engages swap dealers, primary dealers, FCMs, CCPs, custodians, and market infrastructure providers; drives pilots from design through execution; coordinates with product and engineering teams; aligns integrations with regulatory, legal, compliance, and risk requirements; advises leadership on capital and liquidity benefits; and negotiates strategic C-level partnerships.

Build responsive Web3 applications, web SDKs, developer tools, reusable frontend components, and internal Customer Success tools. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to create scalable, accessible user experiences. Contribute to code and design reviews, automated testing, continuous delivery, coding standards, and AI-assisted development practices.

Lead and manage software engineering teams: run agile processes, design and ship secure scalable APIs and services, guide architecture, manage technical debt, recruit and mentor engineers, and align work with company objectives.

Leads Circle’s product and technology communications strategy, including media narratives, product launches, executive thought leadership, speaking opportunities, developer communications, and Tier 1 technology media relationships. Partner with risk, compliance, engineering, and enterprise AI teams; manage roadmaps, dependencies, reporting, executive updates, and measurable outcomes while ensuring AI solutions remain safe, explainable, auditable, and human-supervised.

Lead and manage Circle's KYC team overseeing B2B onboarding, enhanced due diligence, and periodic reviews. Ensure SLA adherence, audit readiness, and high-quality risk memos. Design, build, and operate scalable blockchain infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms. Implement IaC, CI/CD, AI-powered automation, monitoring, incident response, and reliability improvements. Mentor engineers, lead cross-functional initiatives, and support network launches, upgrades, and production troubleshooting in a follow-the-sun on-call rotation.
