Own and drive the global power generation market for pumps and valves: define OEM account and specification strategies, develop renewable and emerging power opportunities, align global business units, translate customer needs into product requirements, build pipelines, and convert opportunities into revenue while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals. Supervise a Manufacturing Lead and production staff, plan labor, drive continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, 5S), manage KPIs, coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain, support MRB and audits, implement engineering changes, and develop employees through coaching, training, and performance management.

Lead and support aerospace quality activities including NPI, process capability improvements, SPC, PFMEA, control plans, CAPA/RCCA, supplier quality, audits, AS9102 First Article Inspections, FAA/repair-station compliance, and technical data review. Provide technical leadership to inspection teams and drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma methods to reduce scrap, rework, and variability.
