Provides administrative support to Plant Operations leadership in a senior living community. Responsibilities include managing invoices, work orders, resident service requests, contractors, maintenance contracts, purchase orders, departmental records, budgets, reports, keys, and scheduling. Serves as a resident help desk and front-desk contact while coordinating follow-ups and resolving issues. Requires strong organization, bookkeeping, accounts payable, communication, computer, and office administration skills.

Maintains the senior living facility’s physical plant through preventive maintenance, repairs, apartment turnovers, inspections, plumbing and electrical work, painting, pool maintenance, and HVAC support. Responds to service calls and emergencies, performs equipment and building repairs, and provides courteous customer service to residents. Works under moderate supervision and may instruct residents on thermostat use.

Supervises nursing care and personnel on assigned shifts in a long-term care setting. Administers medications and treatments, manages admissions and transfers, leads clinical huddles, supports documentation and care planning, coordinates CNAs, communicates with families and physicians, maintains medication areas, and assists with regulatory preparedness and Director of Nursing tasks.

Leads nursing services in a skilled nursing facility and residential senior living setting. Oversees resident care, staffing, scheduling, staff development, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, budgets, restorative care, and outside clinical service coordination. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes, satisfaction, and employee engagement while ensuring 24-hour nursing coverage and adherence to federal and state standards.

Prepares and serves therapeutic meals, desserts, and salads for health center residents. Sets up and breaks down dining areas, transports food and non-food items, and follows diet orders and menu specifications. Requires courteous resident service, attention to detail, basic arithmetic, and the ability to work on foot while lifting and moving trays and carts.

Manages daily dining room operations in a senior living community, including service quality, cleanliness, staffing, scheduling, training, and supervision of serving staff. Ensures food presentation, sanitation, stocking, and customer service standards are maintained. The role also involves taking orders, assisting residents, clearing tables, and supporting dishwashing during meal service.
