Provides administrative support to Plant Operations leadership in a senior living community. Responsibilities include managing invoices, purchase orders, budgets, work orders, maintenance contracts, resident service requests, contractor coordination, records, reports, meetings, and departmental correspondence. Serves as the Resident Help Desk contact, maintains WorxHub data and asset profiles, tracks work-order status, and supports preventive maintenance and CAPEX projects while delivering hospitality-focused service.

Maintains the senior living facility’s physical plant, including preventive maintenance, equipment and building repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC support, painting, carpentry, apartment turnovers, inspections, pool maintenance, and emergency service calls. Provides courteous, resident-focused customer service and explains thermostat operation. Works weekends as part of the Plant department with moderate supervision.

Leads nursing services in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing resident care, staffing, scheduling, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, restorative care, outside clinical services, employee development, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The Director of Nursing manages nursing operations, budgets, staff performance, survey readiness, and resident-centered outcomes while maintaining 24-hour coverage and a positive workplace culture.

Supervises nursing care and personnel during assigned shifts in a long-term care setting. Provides direct resident care, administers medications and treatments, leads admissions and transfers, coordinates clinical huddles, assigns CNA duties, supports documentation and care plans, manages medication-room activities, communicates with physicians and families, and assists with regulatory preparedness and Director of Nursing responsibilities.

Prepares therapeutic desserts, salads, and meal trays according to resident diet orders. Serves meals, sets up and breaks down dining areas, and transports food and supplies to and from the health center. Provides courteous service to elderly residents while following dietary specifications, safety practices, and physical handling requirements.

Manages daily dining room operations, including serving staff leadership, training, scheduling, service quality, cleanliness, sanitation, food presentation, stocking, and customer experience. The manager also assists with table setting, order taking, clearing dishes, workstation upkeep, and dishwashing while ensuring staffing and budgetary standards are met.
