Serve as escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 and endpoint issues, triage and resolve production-impacting problems, administer M365 tenant and related services, create documentation and training, support onboarding and device management, and contribute to projects and process improvements across cloud and endpoint environments.

Support development and execution of fusion energy policy across U.S. federal, state, and European contexts. Conduct research, draft policy outputs, assist advocacy and stakeholder engagement, coordinate cross-regional teams, track policy developments, and provide operational support for events and program activities under senior staff supervision.
