Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, cash, trust/IOLTA accounting, payroll, month-end and year-end close, reporting, audit and tax support, and internal controls. Supervise and develop accounting staff, maintain accounting systems, resolve discrepancies, and improve financial processes and workflows while supporting the Director of Finance.

Draft and negotiate renewable energy project contracts, including EPC, O&M, and power purchase agreements. Support renewable energy project development, collaborate with clients and colleagues, manage complex matters, conduct legal research, and provide clear legal drafting and negotiation. The attorney will work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment while mentoring junior attorneys and maintaining strong client service.

Leads complex renewable energy finance transactions, including debt financing, tax equity, tax credit transfers, and related project and portfolio M&A. Drafts and negotiates transaction documents, advises clients, manages deal teams with minimal oversight, collaborates remotely, and mentors junior attorneys. Requires strong renewable energy law firm experience, communication, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and project management skills, plus admission to a state bar.
