Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for integrated digital commerce and marketing products. Manage a small team while hands-on owning specs, discovery, and delivery. Coordinate across engineering, design, client success, and internal stakeholders to build headless, AI-enabled commerce, CMS, personalization, rebates, and fulfillment experiences that integrate into a shared platform and drive measurable client outcomes.

The role welcomes military personnel and veterans to transition into sustainability roles, valuing their unique skills to impact energy usage positively.

Drive regional growth by identifying and pursuing energy-efficiency opportunities, building client and partner relationships, and coaching BD teams. Contribute national market insights and strategy, support proposals and pursuits with Solutions and Delivery, and serve as a subject-matter expert to position the company for new opportunities and renewals.
