Lead and scale CRIO's Sponsor Operations for enterprise sponsor programs, ensuring consistent delivery, operational standards, cross-functional alignment, and client satisfaction. Oversee portfolios, define KPIs, optimize processes and tooling, manage escalations, and develop a high-performing team while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data to drive platform and reporting improvements.

Lead and scale CRIO's enterprise sponsor programs and Central eSource initiatives. Own end-to-end sponsor lifecycle, clinical data strategy, integrations, and delivery quality. Define operating models, governance, and data standards (CDISC, mappings, validation). Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and CX to align platform capabilities, prioritize enterprise requirements, and drive executive reporting and expansion.

The Software QA Engineer II will develop and execute test strategies, perform manual testing, collaborate with teams, and ensure quality compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.

Lead day-to-day operations for multiple engineering teams, drive sprint planning and quarterly roadmaps, remove blockers, improve delivery processes, coach and develop engineers, review technical and architectural decisions, coordinate cross-team dependencies, partner with product and design, and track engineering metrics to continuously improve quality and throughput.

The Product Owner will lead product vision and delivery, manage the backlog, facilitate scrum processes, and build relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful product outcomes.
