Own the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including scoring, enrichment, routing, governance, and sales handoffs. Partners with sales, product, engineering, support, and customers to drive successful evaluations, communicate business value, create reusable technical assets, and provide feedback for product improvement.

Build, deploy, and manage large-scale multi-region PostgreSQL clusters in production. Develop automation, monitoring, observability, and performance-tuning tools; implement high availability, backup, and disaster recovery solutions; optimize indexing and queries; and collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to integrate database tooling and improve platform reliability.

Build and deploy production-grade software and configurations within a strategic customer’s infrastructure using Cloudflare’s platform. Serve as the customer’s primary technical partner, participate in engineering rituals and incident response, drive platform adoption, design scalable architectures, and provide product feedback to Cloudflare engineering. Maintain relationships with senior technical leaders and a regular on-site customer presence.

It also uses workplace utilization data and employee feedback to evolve office designs, sustainability standards, and global workplace strategies.

Leads strategic Cloudflare sales across Southern California state, local government, and higher education accounts. Responsibilities include exceeding multimillion-dollar quotas, managing complex pipelines and forecasts, navigating public procurement vehicles, aligning security and networking solutions with enterprise architectures and compliance requirements, engaging senior government and university executives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and developing enterprise-wide digital transformation partnerships.

Drive consultative, technical sales with multi-threading into C-suite and technical teams, forecast and negotiate contracts, promote Cloudflare One and Connectivity Cloud, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve adoption and customer outcomes.

Design and build AI Gateway systems for high-volume, latency-sensitive inference at the edge. Implement APIs, routing, observability, controls, developer workflows and tooling. Prototype ambiguous ideas to production, improve reliability, performance, cost-efficiency and debuggability, and mentor engineers while dogfooding AI-native tools, agents, and automation to accelerate development and operations.
