Designs UX/UI for products across a multi-product SaaS portfolio. Responsibilities include customer research, problem framing, prototyping, usability validation, collaboration with product and engineering, design system maintenance, and review of AI-assisted builds. The role also designs AI-powered experiences, develops reusable AI design workflows, documents patterns, and coaches teams on responsible AI usage.

Provides frontline technical support for club management software and connected technologies. Troubleshoots software, POS, hardware, configuration, connectivity, and operational workflow issues; guides technical and nontechnical clients; documents cases; prioritizes work; and escalates issues beyond Level 1 scope. The role is fully remote and supports clients through phone, email, and chat while maintaining product knowledge and service expectations.

Provide specialized technical support for accounting, payments, billing, reconciliation, reporting, and related financial workflows. Independently investigate complex cases, trace transactions across systems, identify discrepancies and risks, communicate with clients, de-escalate issues, and escalate appropriately. The role also contributes to documentation, recurring issue analysis, and improvements to Accounting and Payments support.

Generates and qualifies prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and inbound lead management. Schedules qualified meetings, maintains accurate CRM records, supports sales handoffs, learns industry and competitive messaging, and contributes to pipeline and lead-generation goals. The role also assists with regional industry speaking engagements and requires strong communication, organization, persistence, and collaboration skills.
