Lead preconstruction efforts including conceptual estimating, bid and trade partner management, permitting guidance, client relationship development, and mentoring preconstruction teams to ensure smooth transition to project execution.

Coordinate planning, installation, startup and commissioning of MEP equipment for mission-critical, healthcare, and TI projects. Manage MEP models and submittals, support 3D modeling coordination, track MEP construction progress, organize startup/commissioning documentation, process vendor startups, coordinate client training, and work with subcontractors/vendors to resolve RFIs and close punch list items.

Manage and maintain integrated, logic-driven project schedules for commercial construction projects. Ensure schedules meet contractual and company standards, communicate risks and status to teams, analyze delays and recovery options, produce schedule documentation and reports, and train or supervise junior schedulers.

Manage commercial tenant-improvement construction projects through all phases: budgeting, bidding, cost control, subcontracting, client and design-team communication, document control, site coordination and closeout. Monitor financial goals, support preconstruction and business development, mentor junior staff, and ensure quality, risk mitigation, and timely project delivery.
