The Senior Director/Executive Director will lead scientific communication strategies for oncology products, ensuring alignment with Medical Affairs objectives and managing cross-functional collaboration and publication planning.

Provide hands-on executive support to the Chief of Staff and CEO, manage executive calendars, travel, board and investor meeting logistics, and lead cross-functional strategic projects. Own executive communications, prepare briefing materials, track decisions and follow-up, and cover Executive Office operations during a three-month maternity leave. Support long-term strategic initiatives and may transition into Commercial, IR, or Finance roles.

Field-based oncology sales role responsible for driving appropriate use and sales of LOQTORZI by building relationships with HCPs and practice stakeholders, developing account plans, executing clinical positioning and reimbursement strategies, managing territory analysis, and coordinating sales resources. Requires strong oncology clinical knowledge, reimbursement/buy-and-bill expertise, GPO and distribution understanding, and up to 50% travel.

The Associate Director will develop advocacy with key stakeholders for LOQTORZI®, leading brand marketing initiatives and managing KOL relationships while collaborating with cross-functional partners in the oncology space.
