The role represents the organization with funders, school districts, policymakers, and community partners while ensuring partner satisfaction, student outcomes, operational excellence, and sustainable regional growth.

Leads CollegeSpring’s Northeast region by securing philanthropic and earned revenue, expanding education partnerships, overseeing program delivery, and improving student outcomes. Responsibilities include regional growth strategy, fundraising, executive relationship management, partner success, team leadership, budgeting, revenue forecasting, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. The role is remote with regular Northeast travel and reports to the CEO as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

Reviews and quality-assures ACT Science lessons and test items for accuracy, rigor, alignment, inclusivity, grammar, instructional flow, and consistency. Proofreads content in Google Slides and Google Docs, evaluates biology, chemistry, physics, and earth and space science materials, flags discrepancies, and communicates progress with the curriculum team.

Lead implementation and partner success for a portfolio of school districts and organizations. Develop launch plans, deliver professional learning and instructional coaching, monitor implementation quality and student outcomes, manage partner relationships, support retention and growth, and represent the organization externally. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve programs, educator effectiveness, operational efficiency, and student impact through data, technology, and continuous improvement.

Leads implementation and partner success for school districts and organizations across Florida. Responsibilities include implementation planning, educator training, instructional coaching, classroom and outcomes monitoring, partner relationship management, retention and growth, external representation, and cross-functional collaboration. Uses instructional, implementation, and student data to improve program quality and student outcomes while supporting technology and continuous improvement initiatives.
