Lead seasonal sourcing and end-to-end product costing for assigned apparel categories. Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate pricing, manage vendor and factory performance, partner with cross-functional and global teams, resolve production issues, and drive cost mitigation and continuous improvement. Support commercialization, SMU processes, and travel for vendor oversight.

Lead and provide creative direction for outerwear design, manage and mentor the design team, develop product concepts and technical design packages, collaborate across product creation, sourcing, materials, and graphics, participate in prototyping and fit sessions, and ensure seasonal design direction, cost targets, and brand alignment.
