Leads executive communications and thought leadership for the Founder, CEO, and executive leadership team. Develops messaging strategies, secures speaking and media opportunities, builds relationships with influential stakeholders, and drafts speeches, op-eds, testimony, interview briefs, podcast scripts, social content, and executive correspondence. Supports the Office of the CEO by coordinating communications workflows, preparing leaders for high-profile engagements, and advancing cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Lead development and evolution of youth-facing AI safety standards: synthesize expert and stakeholder input, document public standards, translate standards into testable evaluation rubrics, ensure transparency/versioning, and manage multi-track standards projects while coordinating with technical evaluators and leadership.

Lead all engineering at Common Sense Media, define multi-year technical vision, scale distributed engineering teams, modernize practices, champion responsible AI adoption, partner with product and data, and provide hands-on technical and people leadership to deliver high-quality production products.

Lead Engineering across Families and Education, set multi-year technical vision, scale teams (in-house and global), modernize practices, apply AI responsibly, partner with Product and Data, and provide hands-on technical leadership and coaching for engineering managers and principals to accelerate high-quality delivery.
