Provides business and systems analysis for payment plan administration, including requirements validation, system documentation, testing, database queries, reporting, operational monitoring, payment review, process improvement, and issue resolution. The role coordinates staffing and escalations, supports customer service operations, coaches team members, and communicates between business users and technical teams in a hybrid environment.

Performs daily EBT settlement and reconciliation activities, including bank reconciliations, ACH and wire verification, funding validation, exception research, and financial balancing. Matches transactions across reports, ACH files, and bank statements; investigates out-of-balance conditions; analyzes large transaction datasets; and identifies trends and root causes. Requires accounting knowledge, payment processing or banking experience, advanced Excel skills, accuracy, deadline management, and careful handling of sensitive financial information.

Provides customer service through inbound calls, resolves inquiries and complaints, and maintains accurate records through data entry and system updates. The role also involves document and transaction indexing, quality control, compliance adherence, productivity metrics, and high-volume processing. Candidates need strong computer and multitasking skills, accurate typing, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.
