Provides technical oversight and quality assurance for bridge and structural construction projects. Reviews contractor submittals, oversees inspectors, evaluates construction work, performs structural surveying and elevation development, maintains project records, prepares technical reports, and coordinates with contractors, engineers, inspectors, and materials testers. The role is primarily field-based and involves outdoor conditions, physical activity, and occasional operation of a company vehicle.

Develops and manages construction project schedules using Primavera P6, integrates schedules across stakeholders, monitors milestones and critical paths, validates contractor submissions, analyzes delays, recommends schedule improvements, and supports change orders, claims, litigation, and project managers.
