Coordinate and manage resident move-ins and move-outs and all related logistics; oversee daily marketing office operations, supervise Marketing Assistants, support Sales Manager and representatives, produce marketing and sales reports, maintain inventory and paperwork, coordinate with operations and families, and assist with advertising, direct mail, and community tours.

Oversee clinical and regulatory compliance and daily care in assisted living. Manage resident care and satisfaction, departmental budget, and supervise hiring, training, coaching, and discipline of direct care staff. Maintain resident and employee records, ensure adherence to Department of Social Services regulations, and meet certification and continuing education requirements.

Oversee field operations, manage project documents, review and coordinate change orders, support budget tracking and invoicing, lead punchlist and coordinate contractors and stakeholders using construction management software.
