The role includes structured training toward independent claim handling, collaboration with underwriting, actuarial, finance, and risk teams, licensing support, and occasional industry representation. Fully remote with up to 10% travel.

Leads cyber liability underwriting strategy and performance, including delegating authority, approving referrals, assessing risk, conducting peer reviews, and monitoring market developments. Manages carrier and reinsurer relationships, identifies underwriting opportunities, and collaborates with senior leadership on business and talent strategy. Oversees underwriters and loss control representatives, including hiring, training, performance management, and achievement of organizational KPIs.
