Leads and coaches an enterprise sales team, develops West Region sales strategy, generates outbound pipeline, engages technical and executive stakeholders, delivers platform presentations, manages territory plans and forecasts, and drives quota attainment. The role is a player-coach position requiring experience selling cloud technologies, observability or monitoring solutions, and ramping sales teams in startup environments. Travel within the United States is required for prospect visits and industry events.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across the US and EMEA. Partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate agencies, maintain candidate communication, write job postings, build talent pipelines, and lead initiatives involving candidate experience, referrals, diversity, employer brand, and EVP.
