Lead hands-on development, optimization, and scale-up of battery manufacturing across electrode fabrication, cell assembly, and formation. Define DOE strategies, identify CTPs, implement PFMEA/FTA, and translate results into production-ready control plans. Partner with Cell Development and Production to ensure manufacturable, high-yield processes and embed monitoring and change-control for reproducible, auditable manufacturing.

The Product Engineer will lead new product introduction, managing the engineering aspects and hands-on execution of battery technology prototypes to commercial offerings, ensuring designs meet customer needs and performance standards.
