The Electrode Process Engineer is responsible for coating and calendering electrode rolls, operating fabrication machinery, conducting quality control tests, and performing experiments to optimize processes while managing inventory and following SOPs.

Lead hands-on development, optimization, and scale-up of battery manufacturing across electrode fabrication, cell assembly, and formation. Define DOE strategies, identify CTPs, implement PFMEA/FTA, and translate results into production-ready control plans. Partner with Cell Development and Production to ensure manufacturable, high-yield processes and embed monitoring and change-control for reproducible, auditable manufacturing.

Lead Coreshell's marketing function to build brand positioning, translate technical innovation into clear messaging, and drive demand generation. Own communications, PR, events, partner marketing, and digital channels while collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and leadership. Develop thought leadership, campaigns, and KPIs to generate qualified pipeline and amplify partnerships across the electrification ecosystem.
