Manage daily global cash position and liquidity, run cash forecasting and variance analysis, execute payments/transfers/FX, administer bank accounts and TMS integration, report to leadership, and identify banking fee savings.

Own product domains and outcomes; identify high-leverage problems and hypotheses; collaborate with design, data, and engineering to build and ship AI-enabled software; run experiments, iterate quickly, and build company-wide workflow and platform systems.

Support artist growth by creating and managing fan/edit pages, sourcing and editing short-form viral content, posting daily, monitoring engagement and trends, and helping grow organic fan communities across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube Shorts.

The Director of Program Management will oversee cross-functional execution of programs, align teams, manage dependencies, and drive organizational change in software and tech environments.
