Builds investment proposals, balance sheets, cash flow projections, performance reports, and client meeting materials. Maintains client records and develops AI-enabled workflows and process automation using platforms including Salesforce, Addepar, Pershing, and Fidelity.

Supports wealth advisors with portfolio analytics, investment proposals, asset allocation, rebalancing, private investment tracking, trading operations, performance reporting, and financial planning. Maintains client data and records in Salesforce, develops plans in eMoney, prepares client materials, monitors tax documents, and leads AI efficiency initiatives. The role requires strong quantitative, investment, communication, organizational, and technical skills, with progression toward client advisory responsibilities.

Manage the accounting service team, banking relationships, client disbursements, reconciliations, financial statements, budgets, cash-flow reports, and client accounting deliverables. Train and develop accounting staff, coordinate workloads and cross-service projects, oversee account access and asset controls, identify asset protection concerns, and support complex family office engagements. The role also performs Senior Accountant duties as needed.

Leads enterprise-wide strategic planning, executive governance, cross-functional initiatives, and execution accountability while advising the CEO and senior leadership. Develops strategic priorities, operating cadences, decision materials, scorecards, and governance frameworks; monitors risks and dependencies; and drives alignment across business functions. The role supports transformation, AI enablement, data governance, scalability, continuity planning, and change management, requiring executive presence, discretion, strong business judgment, and regular travel.
