Designs LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, retrieval systems, and intelligent automation. Establishes AI development, evaluation, prompt management, security, governance, and observability practices. Collaborates with product, data, and engineering teams, mentors engineers, contributes to technical roadmaps, and drives architectural decisions using modern cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven approaches.

Monitors live shipment exceptions, escalates delays, communicates with clients and carriers, manages calls, supports onboarding, enters and approves orders, and performs revenue audits. The coordinator collaborates with Finance and Quote teams to resolve billing discrepancies and revenue leakage while handling administrative tasks and special projects. This remote, shift-based role requires weekend and occasional after-hours availability, strong communication, attention to detail, and logistics or customer service experience.
