Coordinates daily community management and social media operations, including scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and performance reporting. Produces ad variants from approved templates, manages asset libraries, and coordinates UGC, motion design, and SEO partners from briefing through delivery. Escalates clinical or complaint-related issues, tracks deadlines, consolidates feedback, monitors competitors, and converts meeting notes into action items.

Lead full‑stack engineering projects across frontend and backend, design system architecture, collaborate with ML researchers and clinicians, implement user‑facing features, define APIs, write tests (unit/integration/e2e), produce technical specs, and use cloud infrastructure and CI to ship iteratively.

Lead design, development, and productionization of ML and LLM systems for patient- and provider-facing healthcare products. Own end-to-end workflows: problem scoping, data, modeling, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and clinical guardrails. Build evaluation frameworks, infrastructure, and tooling; partner with clinicians and product; mentor engineers and set technical direction to deliver safe, impactful AI features for clinical care.
