Provide front-line customer support for residential energy products through phone, email, and chat. Diagnose basic home energy and product issues, guide customers through troubleshooting, coordinate escalated technical or field support, and own cases through resolution. Maintain CRM and knowledge-base records, monitor complaints, meet response SLAs, provide order and service information, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Field Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.

Supports technical sales and partner adoption of residential energy hardware and software. Leads product demonstrations, webinars, customer discovery, technical presentations, and proposal responses for utilities, aggregators, automotive OEMs, installers, and solar and storage partners. Diagnoses integration issues using logs, packet captures, APIs, and field test setups. Requires deep expertise in distributed energy resources, power electronics, EV charging and DER communication protocols, plus field deployment experience and willingness to travel 25% or more.
